How to pick a formula

BabyList.com reached out to me to help curate a resource to help parents pick a formula for their baby. We spoke about what matters most in a formula (ie. that it’s accessible and safely mixed) and what matters less (ie. brand name or organic). I also review that often formula is blamed for a fussy baby when babies fuss for many other reasons. Definitely discuss with your pediatrician before switching formulas. Check out the article here.

All patient references in stories are fictionalized (new gender, different issue, etc) to protect privacy. Recommendations are made in a generic way intended for education. The ideas I have may not fit every child or every family. Parents should use their judgment and ask their own doctors if they feel something doesn’t make sense or may not be safe in their specific situation.
