Podcast: The Reflective Doc “Can I Phone a Friend?”

Psychiatrist Dr. Jennifer Reid recently featured me on her podcast, The Reflective Doc. We talked about the story behind my first book, Parenting in a Pandemic and how we can support children in transitioning back to “normal” life. I discussed the motivation that lead to my upcoming book, Advanced Parenting. Specifically, how my work inspired me to create a resource to support families which when their children face a challenge. Dr. Reid asks me a variety of common questions including how to manage screen time, encourage physical activity, and discuss drugs and alcohol with teens.
